  • Website Design and Development: For website design and development projects, cancellation fees may apply depending on the progress made. Any non-refundable deposits or upfront payments will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Digital Marketing Services: Cancellation of digital marketing services, such as search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, or paid advertising campaigns, may require a notice period. Any fees or costs incurred by Niyaz Digital up until the cancellation date may be charged.

Please note that cancellation fees are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific circumstances of each project or service.

1.2. Service Cancellation by Niyaz Digital

In the unlikely event that Niyaz Digital needs to cancel a project or service, we will provide reasonable notice to the client. In such cases, any payments made for the canceled service will be refunded in full, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Website Design and Development: Refunds may be granted if the project is canceled by either party before the completion of the website. However, any work completed up until the cancellation date may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Digital Marketing Services: Refunds for digital marketing services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with the results or if there are extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to address the situation and find a satisfactory resolution.

2.2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Domain registration fees
  • Third-party software or tools purchased on behalf of the client
  • Any services or products provided by third-party vendors

Please note that any refunds granted will exclude these non-refundable items.
